Pembrokeshire Sea Salt

Salt is often taken for granted when we get easy access to it at our local supermarket. This project looks into this company based in Pembrokeshire who retrieve the salt by hand and then put the seawater through a clean process which provides pure natural sea salt. This comes in many forms and flavour from garlic salt, chilli salt to even sea salted caramel.
